David Sanders of Personal Touch Carpet Care in Fayetteville is pleased to announce the introduction of the company’s “Stop a Leak Program.”

The “Stop A  Leak Program” was specially designed to enhance the service experience associated with plumbing repairs and the follow up cleaning and drying services for residential and commercial property owners, as well as to reduce the overall repair cost by providing a system of responsive service calls.

“Our firm has a master’s in water damage restoration and structural drying. We respond to hundreds of water damage claims in Fayetteville annually,” said Sanders. “We know from experience that the longer unwanted water is allowed to remain in the structure, the more likely it is that severe damage will occur, which ultimately leads to significantly higher repair cost.”

In conjunction with their “Stop a Leak Program”, Personal Touch developed a one-stop call experience for those in the community who may have the misfortune of experiencing a water damage event or for those needing the services of high quality plumbing repair.

“Our plumbing network system provides local plumber referrals free of charge to the community. All plumbing contractors listed in the program have met or exceeded exacting qualifications, which include availability, experience and dedication to quality customer service,” Sanders said.

He added, “Our main goal is to be of service to our customers, while at the same time supporting business growth in Fayetteville.”

Personal Touch has been involved in the cleaning and restoration business since 1986.

The business has won the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award in both Tennessee and Alabama for their long-lasting history of high ethical business practices. David Sanders is also a Certified Master Technician in both cleaning and restoration.
