Fayetteville’s annual Fourth of July celebration is June 27
As America is celebrating its 250th birthday this year, the City of Fayetteville’s Fourth of July celebration will be held Saturday, June 27 at Don Davidson Park. Sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department, the event gets underway at 4:30 p.m. Fireworks will shoot off around 9 p.m.

Museum Association board receives State grant to inventory contents of 100 year-old Borden Milk Plant building
The Fayetteville-Lincoln County Museum and Event Center is celebrating America’s 250th anniversary and is planning for the 100 years of the Borden Milk Plant building, which houses the museum, in June 2027.
