Billy Joe Bryant, 60, of Hazel Green, Ala., passed away Tuesday (Dec. 9, 2014) at his residence. He was a native of Lincoln County and a farmer and served in the National Guard.   • Kimbrough, city firefighter, dies

    The funeral procession for Ted Kimbrough, a captain with the Fayetteville Fire Department, travels southward along the Huntsville Highway Monday afternoon, following services for the veteran firefighter at Higgins Funeral Home.     Larry Montgomery, of Valley Mills, Texas, former sheriff of Lincoln County, passed away Thursday (Nov. 20, 2014) at his residence. He was 72.
